14-time Polish champions Gornik Zabrze sign teenage winger Abdullahi from Sporting Supreme

With a statement on the official website, fourteen-time Polish champions Gornik Zabrze have announced the signing of teenage Nigerian winger Abbati Abdullahi.
Abdullahi has joined Gornik Zabrze less than three weeks after celebrating his nineteenth birthday.
By signing a contract with Gornik Zabrze valid until June 30, 2028, he ended his association with Nigerian club Sporting Supreme FC.
Abdullahi put pen to paper with the Polish team after passing an extensive medical examination, which included endurance, cardiology, medical and strength tests.
He was scouted by Górnik's talent spotters during a special tournament where he was definitely the best.
According to Łukasz Milik, sporting director of Gornik Zabrze, Abdullahi is fast and agile with excellent dribbling and technique, and he emphasized that the young player is just beginning his journey in adult football.
Abdullahi is training with Gornik Zabrze's B team until the first team returns from their training camp in Belek, Turkey.
He took part in today's friendly against Rozwoj Katowice and was one of the standout players, scoring a goal on his unofficial debut.
Abdullahi links up with former FC Lorient winger Taofeek Ismaheel at Gornik Zabrze.
