Training ground injury: Atalanta sweating over the fitness of Lookman ahead of Barcelona clash

Atalanta's preparations for their crucial UEFA Champions League clash against Barcelona have been dealt a significant blow, as Nigerian striker Ademola Lookman is doubtful for the match due to a knee injury.
