From Liverpool product to U17 WC winner: Nigerian moves you probably missed during Fifa break

Allnigeriasoccer.com has compiled a list of confirmed transfers involving Nigeria-eligible players you might have missed due to the Fifa international break.

With the Super Eagles involved in the 2026 World Cup qualifying playoffs, all eyes were on the three-time African champions, so the transfers of 2013 Fifa U17 World Cup winner Isaac Success and Liverpool academy graduate Jordan Ibe understandably flew under the radar.

Free agent Isaac Success has ended his search for a new club, joining Libyan Premier League club Al-Ta'awon on undisclosed terms.

Once a promising talent tipped for big things, Success rose through the ranks at Granada before a €15 million move to Watford.

The attacker did not live up to expectations at the Hornets, struggling in the Premier League and later had an unproductive loan spell at Málaga.

He spent three years at Udinese and after a stint at Al Wasl, remained without a club before receiving an offer from Libya.

Another 29-year-old forward, Jordon Ibe has joined Bulgarian First League club Lokomotiv Sofia after departing English non-league side Sittingbourne, signing a deal until the end of the 2026-2027 season.

With 58 appearances for Liverpool, 92 for Bournemouth and 119 in the Premier League, Ibe has an impressive resume, and he's hoping to reignite his career after several challenging seasons.

His other clubs include Wycombe Wanderers, Birmingham City, Derby County, Adanaspor, Ebbsfleet United,  Hayes & Yeading United and Hungerford Town.
