Syrianska Will Soon Receive Green Light On Omotoyossi
Published: April 12, 2013
As early as March 14 fotbolltransfers.com revealed that Razak Omotoyossi could return to Swedish club Syrianska.
After many ifs and buts about the financial settlement, a deal was finally done. The Benin international striker with Nigerian roots signed for the Premier Division club in the last days of the transfer market.
However, Syrianska are still waiting for clearance for FIFA to rubber-stamp the move by the former Zamalek ace.
''We agree with Zamalek and Razak himself, all just want everything to go through now. There are formalities to be entered into the system of Fifa.
''One may wonder what it is that takes such a time, it's not that many football countries have the transfer window we have, how many transfers they may have to deal with at this time.
''But this obviously takes time, we do have a similar example with Mjallby and Hannes Sigurdsson where everything was formally completed until yesterday. There's not much you can do to speed up the process really,''says sports boss Jan Grigo to fotbolldirekt.se.
