Lazio forward Sani Emmanuel has received good news from doctors in Paris over a heel tendon injury that could have been operated on. <br /><br />It was earlier feared that the Golden Ball winner at the 2009 Fifa Under 17 World Cup would have to undergo a surgical procedure but a scan now shows that the treatment should be conservative.<br /><br />&ldquo;Another specialist did some scans and he found out the&nbsp; problem.
