Published: March 18, 2014
Free agent Isah Eliakwu has arrived Finland to begin training with cup winners RoPS.
The 28 - year - old offensive player has been without a team following his release by Anzhi Makhachkala.
Should Isah Eliakwu impress manager Juha Malinen at the end of tests, in all likelihood he will be offered a contract before the start of the Veikkausliiga in the first week of April.
He is well known for partnering Obafemi Martins in attack during their time with the Primavera squad of Inter Milan.
RoPS pay the wages of Friday Obilor, Ndukaku Alison and Mbachu Emenike.
