Chippa United supremo, Chippa Mpengesi is doing all he can to convince James Okwuosa to remain at Cape Town next season.The 23 - year- old central defender had attracted interest from a plethora of unnamed clubs in the January transfer window.

As things stand., a Russian Premier League side are in pole position for James Okwuosa’s signature and have offered him a two - year deal which his representatives are mulling over.
The former Enugu Rangers man still has a contract with Chippa United until the end of next season.
