Saviour Fidelis Vows To Compound Enyimba Misery
Published: April 03, 2014
Ahead of the meeting with Enyimba in the Glo Premier League on Sunday, Taraba United golden boy Saviour Fidelis has promised to break his goal drought when both teams clash at the Jalingo Stadium.
Saviour Fidelis departed the People’s Elephants just over a month ago for a second spell at Taraba United .
And even though he has refused to accept the fact, if one should read between the lines, it appears the separation between club and player was far from cordial.
“I know this is a must - win game for Enyimba after they lost to Abia Warriors. We are prepared and I am hoping to score my first goal of the season against them.
“I wouldn’t say I left the team in controversial circumstances. But despite my contribution in assisting them qualify for the Champions League, I was not registered for the competition. I will pay them back,” Fidelis said to allnigeriasoccer.com.
The one time Super Eagles invitee has failed to get off the mark after playing two games for Taraba United.
