Out - of - favour Nigeria international Sani Kaita is on the brink of signing a contract with Enyimba of Aba.
The 27 - year - old midfielder is in advanced talks with the leadership of the six - time Nigeria champions.
“Sani Kaita is now a player of Enyimba. I won’t be able to reveal the duration of the contract for now,” Enyimba CEO, Felix Anyasi Agwu told only allnigeriasoccer.com.
Felix Anyasi Agwu might be keeping sealed lips on the longevity of the deal because at the moment there is a point of conflict in negotiations which must be settled before a formal announcement is made.
The missing detail is that the leadership of Enyimba is insisting that Sani Kaita should live with the rest of the squad at their camp while the player wants an accommodation in town.
