Allnigeriasoccer.com can confirm reports in the local media that all is not well at the Super Eagles camp in Brazil, with tension brewing between Stephen Keshi and Chelsea loanee Victor Moses.
The feud between master and pupil started after the attacker was not named in the starting lineup against Bosnia - Herzegovina staged last weekend, which he openly criticized.
And the rift between the two reached a boiling point after the former Wigan ace was again omitted from the 11 players nominated to start the game with Argentina.
After he learned of Stephen Keshi’s decision, the 23 - year - old refused to sit on the substitutes bench and decided to watch the match from the podium.
A copy of the official team-sheet has shown that tournament organizer, Fifa, marked Victor Moses as absent for the game whereas Rizespor defender, Godfrey Oboabona, who is still recovering from a foot complaint, was listed amongst the substitutes.
Victor Moses started Nigeria’s first game against Iran before making way for another England based forward Shola Ameobi early in the second half, specifically in the 52nd minute.
