Brown Ideye Delighted To Score For West Brom

Nigeria international Brown Ideye temporarily silenced his critics after netting in a scrimmage for West Brom on Wednesday.
The attacker hit target against Leicester City in a behind - closed - door friendly in the second half, and speaking to the official website of the Baggies, he expressed his delight at scoring.
“It was good, I’m happy to be back playing. It’s been about a month since I last played 90 minutes so it felt good,” Brown Ideye told wba.co.uk.
“For me it’s all about working for the team but, yes, at the same time, every striker wants to score goals.
“I was running everywhere.The most important thing for me is to take it one step at a time, I got 90 minutes and that’s good.”
The 26 - year - old would be hoping to open his goalscoring account in the Premier League after the international break.
