According to leaks gathered by allnigeriasoccer.com’s editorial staff, Premier Soccer League (PSL) club Ajax Cape Town are in advanced talks with Nigeria international Ibrahim Abubakar regarding a contract.
All things being equal, the attacker, who turned out for Nasarawa United last term, will travel to South Africa next week to undergo a medical before penning a two - year deal.
Ibrahim Abubakar put himself in the shop window at the 2014 African Nations Championship, and The Urban Warriors have decided to offer him a straight contract without him undergoing trials.
The 20 - year - old tried his luck at Anderlecht last September but nothing came out of it.
In the close season, he has been linked with a move to Nigeria champions Kano Pillars.
