Following allnigeriasoccer.com’s exclusive story regarding the imminent transfer of Sylvester Igboun to China, Danish newspaper Ekstra Bladet has been doing some digging to unravel the identity of the club from Asia.
The authoritative newspaper has reported that Shanghai SIPG F.C., who are coached by ex England manager Sven-Göran Eriksson, have made a €1.5 million bid for the Nigerian striker.
FC Midtjylland have a gentleman’s agreement with Igboun that the club will sanction his sale if the right offer is received.
If the transfer materializes as expected, the former FC Ebedei starlet could earn up to 2 million euros after tax .
