England Legend Gary Lineker Gushing Over Jordon Ibe
Published: February 23, 2015
England legend Gary Lineker is delighted with the form of Liverpool starlet Jordon Ibe, who has Nigerian blood flowing in his veins.
The teenager caught the eye of many in The Reds 2 - 0 away win over Southampton on Sunday, and the Match of the Day host took to social media to praise the England youth international.
“Jordon Ibe is a perfect example of how if our young players are good enough they will play first-team football.
“And this boy is good,” Gary Lineker said on Twitter.
Liverpool are also impressed with Jordon Ibe, and the Anfield outfit have opened talks with his camp to prolong his contract, which runs out in 2017.
