Sylvester Igboun Will Not Rule Out Departure From FC Midtjylland In The Summer
Published: February 24, 2015
Speaking after scoring his eighth goal in the Danish Superliga against OB Odense, Sylvester Igboun says he loves playing against the opponents.
The Nigerian striker has netted 8 goals in the topflight this term, and 50 percent of the goals were scored against OB Odense, including his hat - trick last August.
“The game against OB was great for me and my teammates because we had a good day and well deserved victory.
“OB is a team I love playing against because I always find room and space to do my stuff, and also they find it difficult to cope with my speed,” says Sylvester Igboun to allnigeriasoccer.com.
The former FC Ebedei talent has refused to rule out a departure from the MCH Arena in the summer transfer market even if FCM win the championship.
“I can’t say much now about my future with FCM because my focus now is to give good performance and to help the team win their first league title ever.
“And if any offer come for me and I like it, then I will leave this summer for sure,” the 24 - year - old added.
Log leaders FC Midtjylland defeated OB Odense 3 - 0 on Monday night, with Sviatchenko and Rasmussen also grabbing a goal each for the Wolves.
