The Brazilian FA has named the players that will defend the colours of the national team at the Fifa Under 20 World Cup in New Zealand.
3 goalkeepers, 4 fullbacks, 4 central defenders, 6 midfielders and 4 strikers will travel with the delegation to Australia on Saturday while four names have been placed on standby.
The headline names on the roster is Manchester United’s Andreas Pereira , Marseille defensive midfielder Alef Dos Santos, Danilo of Sporting Braga and Jean Carlos (Real Madrid).
The Brazil U20s will spend 10 days in Australia before taking off to New Zealand ahead of their crucial opener against one of the tournament’s favourites Nigeria.
The Seleção Sub-20 are the second most successful Under 20 team at the Fifa Under 20s, winning the competition five times, behind Argentin0 who have lifted the trophy on six occasions.
