Published: May 17, 2015
Mahmoud Ouaddeni, the intermediary that brokered the deal that took Bernard Bulbwa to Esperance, has rubbished reports that suggested the Nigeria Under 20 international is not contractually bound to the Tunisian club.
This website can confirm that the attacking midfielder penned a five - year contract with Esperance in April but Frankie Stephen, who represents Bulbwa, now claims negotiations are not done and dusted.
“No, Bernard Bulbwa has signed a contract with Esperance and his contract begins on June 1, ” said Mahmoud Ouaddeni to allnigeriasoccer.com.
“The player has not told me he is no longer interested in joining Esperance. He likes Esperance. ”
Bernard Bulbwa will be registered for the Ligue 1 when the transfer window in Tunisia reopens for business on July 1, subject to the receipt of his International Transfer Certificate from the Nigerian FA.
The Shuttle Sports Academy product has been named to the Flying Eagles World Cup roster.
