Enyimba Striker Mfon Udoh Fails Club Africain Medical
Published: July 17, 2015
Allnigeriasoccer.com has been informed that Tunisian side Club Africain have turned down the opportunity to sign Mfon Udoh from Enyimba after the striker failed a medical examination.
The Nigeria international secretly traveled to Tunis few days ago to formalize his switch to the 1991 African champions but he was not offered a contract due to his poor health condition.
“Mfon Udoh recently traveled to Tunisia but nobody knew about it. He failed the medical test with Club Africain,” a top source privy to negotiations between Udoh and the North African team, told allnigeriasoccer.com.
“Apart from his health condition, I have been told that he has a very bad knee problem . I knew about his health conditions which made me speak with a director at Club Africain, hoping they will sign him.”
This website has been informed that clubs based in North Africa, Gulf and the Middle East might no longer be interested in signing Udoh in future as a result of the failed medical.
The attacker had been courted by Zamalek before he traveled to Tunisia.
