Nigeria Draw USA, Chile And Croatia In Fifa Under 17 World Cup

Defending champions, the Golden Eaglets of Nigeria, have discovered the opponents they will face in the group stage of the Fifa Under 17 World Cup which will be hosted by Chile from 17 October – 8 November.
The draw held on Thursday in the theatre at the Centro de las Artes 660, Santiago pitted Nigeria in Group A alongside hosts Chile, United States of America and Croatia.
Other African countries that will be competing in the 16th edition of the tournament are Guinea, Mali and South Africa.
Nigeria will tackle USA in their opening game of the tourney at Estadio Nacional Julio Martínez Prádanos, Santiago on October 17 before facing Chile three days later before wrapping up their group fixture on October 23 against Croatia.
The Golden Eaglets won the Under 17 World Cup in 1985, 1993, 2007 and 2013.
