Nigeria Federation Confirms Friendlies With Congo, Cameroon Next Month

The Super Eagles will lock horns with Congo in an international friendly in Brussels on October 8 before facing Cameroon three days later ahead of their World Cup qualifiers against Djibouti / Swaziland in November.
The Nigeria Football Federation President, Amaju Pinnick, also told Channels Television that the Federation has set the wheels in motion as regards to a friendly game against Tunisia or Algeria before the big African Cup of Nations qualifying clash against Egypt in March.
Once again, Pinnick reiterated that he has confidence in Super Eagles coach Sunday Oliseh, adding that he was impressed with his leadership skills since he started managing the national team.
The football administrator revealed that he has started talks with local banking giants Zenith Bank to pay Sunday Oliseh’s salary for one year.
Born September 14, 1974, the Nigeria manager is celebrating his 41st birthday today, and the NFF took to social media to send him birthday greetings.
