Dream Team Off To Senegal On Wednesday

The Dream Team VI will depart their training camp in Banjul, Gambia on Wednesday, November 25, ahead of their first game at the Africa U-23 Cup of Nations against Mali.
For the past ten days, the Nigeria U23s have been camping in the West African country and have so far played two tune - up games against Real de Banjul (3 - 0) and the Under 20 national team of Gambia ( 1 - 1 ).
After playing out a 1 - 1 draw with the Baby Scorpions, coach Samson Siaisa formally asked that his team should test their might against the same opponents on Wednesday and his request has been granted.
A 33 - man delegation will will depart the Banjul International Airport at about 2300 hours aboard Arik Airline for the 104 - mile journey to Dakar.
The arrival of skipper Azubuike Okechukwu and Taiwo Awoniyi on Tuesday means all the players named to the roster are now in camp.
