COMPLETE SPORTS And SPORTS DAY Attempt To Sweep Aside Amuneke Underhand Dealings In Golden Eaglets
Published: November 28, 2015
Investigations by allnigeriasoccer.com can reveal that two Nigerian sports dailies, Complete Sports and Sports Day Ikeja, have attempted to sweep aside the Golden Eaglets coach, Emmanuel Amuneke’s underhand dealings in the national team.
Despite the information available in the public domain, Complete Sports and Sports Day went ahead to discredit the revelation by this website that Emmanuel Amuneke owned the sporting and economic rights of Golden Eaglets pair Kelechi Nwakali and Samuel Chukwueze after the two newspapers were approached by a lawyer Johnny Ogbah, who acted on the instructions of Diamond Academy.
Revered Nigerian journalist Kayode Tijani had published via Facebook that Nwakali and Chukwueze helped Emmanuel Amuneke Academy win the 2013 edition of IBER CUP, an international youth tournament held in Estoril Portugal from 1st-6th July 2013.

Based on that, if the two players were not on the books of Emmanuel Amuneke Academy and played for the club during the tournament, the trophy was illegally won and should be returned to the organizers.
Amuneke should also be arrested by the authorities and banned from all football related activities by Fifa for bringing the game into disrepute.
The former Barcelona winger had sent one of his representatives to bribe the editor of allnigeriasoccer.com to retract a story after we published that he faces a court case after duping a foreign agent following the sale of his player Chidiebere Nwakali to Manchester City.
The editor of this website played along with Amuneke’s rep to know what he was up to before he rejected the offer.
