Brown Ideye Insists Olympiakos Will Not Rest On Their Laurels
Published: January 09, 2016
Brown Ideye has declared that Olympiakos will not rest on their laurels despite the team winning their first 16 games in the Super League this term, which puts them a massive 18 points above nearest challengers AEK Athens.
Ahead of Sunday’s league tie with Levadiakos, the Nigeria international is confident that the champions will pick up another three points.
“Up to now we have done very well. What we have to do is to continue to improve, ” Brown Ideye was quoted as saying by gazzetta.gr.
“This is important from now on. It’s nice to do a record count so much for our career, and for the club
“The secret is: to continue to look at each game separately, as we do now and to demand in every game to win.”
In 20 appearances for Olympiakos in the ongoing campaign, Ideye has scored seven times and set up four goals.
