Wolves Glovesman Carl Ikeme Heads To Nigeria On International Duty

Wolverhampton Wanderers netminder Carl Ikeme has flown out of the United Kingdom to join the Nigerian squad ahead of the African Cup of Nations qualifying fixtures against Egypt.
The Sutton Coldfield-born player revealed via Instagram two hours ago that he is about boarding a flight to Africa.
“Ready to go... â��ï¸�ð��³ð��¬,” the Wolves number one said in a brief statement.
Carl Ikeme, who had been eligible to represent England, made his maiden appearance for the Super Eagles in an AFCON qualifying match against Tanzania in September 2015.
The 29-year-old has spent his entire professional career with Wolves but enjoyed loan spells with Charlton Athletic, Leicester City and Doncaster Rovers among others.
