Chelsea midfielder John Obi Mikel will have his first training session with Nigeria’s Olympic National Team as from today, July 25.
The Nigeria Football Federation has informed via official sources that the Super Eagles skipper is now in Atlanta.
Meanwhile, allnigeriasoccer.com can confirm that Chippa United glovesman Daniel Akpeyi is already at the team hotel in the United States after arriving from Johannesburg.
All things being equal, CD Feirense attacking midfielder Oghenekaro Etebo will depart Portugal tomorrow, Tuesday, to link up with the squad.
The Nigeria U23s are scheduled to play their last friendly game on Wednesday, July 27.
