French Clubs Enquire About Nigeria U23 Poster Boy Oghenekaro Etebo
Published: August 09, 2016
Allnigeriasoccer.com has been informed that a number of unnamed French clubs have made enquiries regarding the availability of Nigeria U23 international Oghenekaro Etebo in the summer transfer window.
This is not the first time that Etebo is on the radar of Ligue 1 teams, as he was scouted by them at the 2015 Africa U23 Cup of Nations in Senegal, prior to his switch to Portuguese setup CD Feirense.
In addition, representatives of Al Ahly are understood to be in contact with the attacking midfielder’s minders over a deal, and the Egyptian powerhouse are understood to be readying a bid in the region of $2 million to land his signature.
However, the Dream Team VI poster boy has made it crystal clear that he wants to continue his career in Europe.
Oghenekaro Etebo is contracted to CD Feirense until the summer of 2018.
