Blackpool Slap One Million Pounds Price Tag On Spurs, Arsenal, Derby Target Osayi-Samuel
Published: August 30, 2016
According to information gathered by allnigeriasoccer.com, Blackpool Chief Executive, Alex Cowdy, is demanding at least £1 million from clubs interested in Nigerian winger Bright Osayi-Samuel, as he aims to ward off suitors.
The 19-year-old has been linked with several Premier League and Championship clubs in the summer transfer window, but it is understood that Derby County are in pole position to secure his signature if the Tangerines agree to do business.
The Rams saw their initial bid of 400,000 pounds rejected by Blackpool but the Championship club have not ended their pursuit of Osayi-Samuel.
It is assumed that the teenager will hand in a transfer request to force a move to one of the clubs interested in his signature.
Premier League trio Arsenal, Tottenham Hotspur, Stoke City plus second-tier Brighton & Hove are believed to be monitoring the situation of Osayi Samuel.
