England Star Of Nigerian Descent To Trouser N8 Billion Over Duration Of New Spurs Deal
Published: September 20, 2016
Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Dele Alli will earn around £50,000-a-week in the new six-year contract he signed with the White Hart Lane outfit, according to the British press.
Telegraph has reported that the England starlet doubled his wages after agreeing terms on a new deal until 2022.
When he initially joined Spurs in 2015, Dele Alli collected £10,000 every week before his wages increased to £25,000 when he penned a new deal in the January transfer window.
Assuming Dele does not terminate or reevaluate his current contract before its expiration, which is highly unlikely , he is set to pocket £14.95 million ( approximately N8 billion in Nigerian currency) over the duration of his contract.
Tottenham Hotspur signed the 20-year-old from MK Dons for a transfer fee of five million pounds, excluding add-ons.
