Chelsea Wing-Back Moses Gives Assurance That He Will Fly To Abuja
Published: November 07, 2016
Allnigeriasoccer.com understands that Chelsea right wing-back Victor Moses has promised that he will not reject his call-up for the World Cup qualifying match with Algeria on Saturday, November 12.
Super Eagles manager Rohr has given Moses the benefit of the doubt and recalled him to the national team for the game with the North Africans, amid speculations in the local media that he faked an injury which ruled him out of the opener against Zambia.
Moses’s camp has confirmed that he will be in Abuja and that statement has been echoed by Nigeria Football Federation officials.
The former England U17 star has not played for the Super Eagles since September 3 when he lasted 84 minutes on the pitch in an African Nations Cup qualifier versus Tanzania.
