No Retreat, No Surrender! Super Falcons Vow To Hit The Streets Today If....

The Super Falcons have threatened to take to the streets of Abuja to protest their unpaid entitlements if they don’t get any favourable response from the Nigeria Football Federation on Wednesday, December 7.
Today will make it four days the squad returned from the African Women Cup of Nations in Cameroon, but they have remained at the Agura Hotel in Abuja due to a bonus face-off with the NFF.
“The girls are still in the hotel loitering about. They are very bitter and mean business, ” a top source told allnigeriasoccer.com.
“They have said that if they don’t get a favourable response from the NFF today, they will carry placards and walk around the whole Abuja.
He added : “They have been suffering since they were in Cameroon. To take a bottle of coke in their hotel, they first have to take permission from the NFF.
“They won the Cup and their families are expecting something from the players.”
Super Falcons coach Florence Omagbemi will depart Abuja for Warri in the coming hours to attend the funeral of her late father.
