Nottingham Forest Scout Watches Mikel In Action But...
Published: December 11, 2016
A representative of Nottingham Forest FC witnessed the Portuguese Primeira Liga match between Vitoria Setúbal and Estoril on Friday, December 9.
Former Nigeria U23 trainee Mikel Agu was in action at the Estádio do Bonfim, starting and lasting the distance for the sixth time in the top-flight this season.
However, A Bola has suggested that the Nottingham Forest scout was not interested in Mikel but his teammate Andre Claro, who is also on the radar of Championship rivals Derby County.
The Nigerian defensive midfielder is out of contract with Porto in the summer and unlikely to be offered a new deal.
He spent last season on loan at Belgian team Club Brugge.
