2016 MLS Expansion Draft : List Of Protected & Unprotected Nigerian Players

Major League Soccer clubs have announced their protected and unprotected list ahead of Tuesday’s 2016 MLS Expansion Draft.
Nine players of Nigerian descent have been protected, while six others are unprotected including Philadelphia Union star and USA international Maurice Edu.
Vancouver Whitecaps defender Sam Adekugbe and Houston Dynamo’s Sebastian Ibeagha are automatically protected as they are homegrown players.
