CSKA Moscow Striker Samuel Issues Come-And-Get-Me Plea To Chelsea
Published: February 04, 2017
Nigeria international Aaron Samuel has revealed his desire to play for Chelsea when he departs CSKA Moscow .
The former Guangzhou R&F striker penned a four-and-a-half-year contract with the Army Men in January, but will not play on the same team as Ahmed Musa, who moved to the English Premier League last summer.
“I’ve always loved Chelsea where Celestine Babayaro , John Obi Mikel and Didier Drogba played,” said Samuel to sport-express.ru.
“My dream is to be in this club. If I can achieve a lot with CSKA, then maybe one day I go to the London team.”
Samuel, 22, missed the first half of this season because he was recovering from an injury he suffered in the Russian Cup final back in May.
