Nigerian-born winger Bobby Adekanye continues to make a name for himself at Liverpool with another imperious display for Liverpool in their 2-2 draw with West Brom in the U18 Premier League on Saturday.
The Netherlands youth internationals was one of the standout performers at Kirkby Academy, and retired England star Steven Gerrard was among the spectators.
Liverpool central defender Johnston made it 2-1 with Bobby Adekanye providing the assist for his goal.
On his 15th appearance of the season in all competitions, the ex-Barcelona wonderkid put in a full shift.
The 17-year-old Adekanye recently won the Player of the Tournament award at the 15th edition of the ebm-papst Indoor Championships in Germany.
