Onariase Scores First Senior Goal, Akinde Is Top Nigerian Scorer In England Top Four Divisions

Ex-West Ham youth-team defender Emmanuel Onariase scored his first professional goal in Cheltenham Town’s 2-1 loss to Notts County in the EFL League Two on Saturday.
On his ninth appearance in all competitions as a pro footballer, the central defender reduced the deficit in the 87th minute when he tapped home at the back post.
Elsewhere in the English fourth-tier, at Brunton Park, Sanmi Odelusi and Nathan Delfouneso scored the last two goals for Blackpool in their 4-1 rout of Carlisle United.
The Blues center forward Jabo Ibehre headed home his seventh league goal of the season in the 69th minute.to bring the scoreline to 2-1.
