Efe Praises Celtic Boss, Loan Move To Blackburn On Brink Of Total Collapse
Published: February 27, 2017
Efe Ambrose has praised Celtic coach Brendan Rodgers though he has been frozen out of the first team this season, reports the Daily Record.
Tuesday will make it four weeks since Blackburn Rovers attempted to bring him on loan from the Scottish champions, but it appears the move is on the brink of total collapse due to red tape and the Championship outfit parting company with their former manager, Owen Coyle.
It is envisaged that Ambrose will see out the remaining four months of his contract with Celtic.
This season, the former MS Ashdod star has suited up only two times for The Bhoys out of a possible 40 games in all competitions.
Ambrose is also out of favour with the Nigerian national team, with Super Eagles coach Rohr yet to call him up since his appointment.
