Leicester Midfielder Ndidi Named Man Of The Match After Lively Display Vs Senegal

Leicester City rising star Wilfred Ndidi produced an imperious display in Thursday night’s international friendly between Nigeria and Senegal at the Hive Stadium.
The Nigeria Football Federation are in agreement with the spectators and journalists who watched the game, and named the former Racing Genk midfielder the Man of the Match in their review of the friendly.
Ahmed Musa would have opened the scoring in the 32nd minute but missed the chance after an attack initiated by his Foxes teammate.
Wilfred Ndidi rattled Abdoulaye Diallo on 62 minutes and 15 minutes later, the ex-Nigeria U20 international’s clever pass enabled Success to cause anxiety in the Senegal box.
The Leicester City number 25 won his seventh cap for Nigeria in the friendly against the Teranga Lions.
