(Photo Confirmation) Exclusive : Nigeria U23 Striker Joins Enyimba On Three-Year Deal
Published: November 27, 2017
Nigeria Professional Football League giants Enyimba have secured the services of highly-rated striker Omofoman Freedom.
The Nigeria U23 international has appended his signature to a three-year deal with the People's Elephant and will help the club prosecute their CAF Confederation Cup, Federation Cup and NPFL campaign.
The player's intermediary Ogbemudia Endurance Iseri said Omofoman is ready to take the league by storm just as he did before his European sojourn.
The 23-year-old was one of the pioneer winners of the LMC Wonder Goal award the year it was introduced, and his signing is a huge coup for Enyimba FC because he can deliver goals playing from either the wings or any other place in the attack.
Omofoman was part of the Dream Team VI tutored by Samson Siasia and played in some of the qualifiers for the Africa U-23 Cup of Nations and Rio 2016 Olympics Games.
A product of Warri Wolves, Omofoman last played for Finnish side AC Kajaani, for whom he scored 5 goals (6 assists) in 19 appearances.
