Willem II's Bartholomew Ogbeche On A Roll, Scores For Fourth Consecutive Game
Published: December 08, 2017
Willem II star Bartholomew Ogbeche continued his good form by scoring again for his team in their 1-1 draw with NAC Breda in the Dutch Eredivisie on Friday evening.
Two minutes before the break, the out-of-favour Nigeria national-teamer tapped home the opening goal following a goal mouth scramble, taking his tally to seven goals from six matches in the process.
In the 50th minute, Manchester City loanee Thierry Ambrose exploited a defensive error and fired the ball into the net from close range to make it 1-1.
Willem II have yet to taste defeat in all the four matches their Nigerian striker has registered his name on the score-sheet this season.
Ogbeche's injury problems are certainly a thing of the past, with the number eight going the distance in the last four matches in the Dutch top-flight after making cameo appearances in his first two games of this campaign.
Willem II, who are fourteenth on the table with 15 points, are away at Vitesse in their next game on Wednesday, December 13.
