Ndidi trained apart from his teammates for the fifth successive day during the Super Eagles workout at the Shell ground on Sunday evening and will play no part in today's friendly against Democratic Republic of Congo.
Still on the injury front, things are not looking good for Gent winger Moses Simon who has a thigh injury as first reported by allnigeriasoccer.com, and the Nigerian Federation will make a decision on his participation in the World Cup in the coming days.
