Victor Moses Reacts To Chelsea's Handsome Win Against Huddersfield Town
Published: August 12, 2018
Victor Moses has seen the handwriting on the wall that he has lost his place in Chelsea's starting eleven, with new Italian boss Maurizio Sarri opting to play him off the bench in yesterday's Premier League opener against Huddersfield Town.
As things stand, the Super Eagles number eleven is behind Pedro, Willian and of course the team's star player Eden Hazard in the pecking order of wingers at The Blues.
Of the 28 matches Moses was involved for Chelsea in the Premier League last season, he played less than ten minutes only once and that was against Southampton in April 2018.
Despite the fact the winger did not get enough minutes against Huddersfield Town, he was delighted that Chelsea picked up their first win of the season on the road.
Writing on Twitter, Moses stated : ''Great way to start the new season. Massive win! #CFC''.
The former Crystal Palace and Wigan man previously enjoyed loan spells at Liverpool, Stoke City and West Ham but cannot be loaned out to a Premier League club this year as the transfer window closed for business on Thursday, August 9.
