Arsenal Coach Suggests Lacazette Made A Bigger Impact Than Iwobi
Speaking at the post-match press conference, Arsenal coach Unai Emery has opined that French striker Alexandre Lacazette made more impact when he replaced Alex Iwobi at half-time in their Premier League tie against West Ham on Saturday afternoon.

The numbers from the stats gurus at OPTA have validated the arguments of the Spanish tactician, with Iwobi making only one key pass, touching the ball only 22 times, zero shots and did not win any fouls throughout his duration on the pitch

Lacazette finished the match with two shots with both on target, made two key passes, was fouled once and touched the ball 26 times.

It threatened to be another frustrating afternoon for Arsenal when Marko Arnautovic gave the Hammers the lead on 25 minutes, but they secured the three points thanks to goals from Nacho Monreal, Issa Diop (OG) and Danny Welbeck.

''Today the substitution made a difference. Laca, but also Lucas and Welbeck, they helped the team,'' Unai Emery told reporters when asked to rate the performance of Lacazette.

Alex Iwobi pulled on an Arsenal shirt for the 100th time in his career in the match day three fixture against West Ham.
