Victorious Golden Eaglets Travel In Batches Again, At least Eight Players Left behind In Niger
Allnigeriasoccer.com understands some players and officials of the Golden Eaglets departed Republic of Niger on Tuesday following the conclusion of the WAFU-UFOA Zone B qualifiers for the Africa U-17 Cup of Nations.

At least eight players have been left behind in Niamey due to the nonavailability of seats on the flight, the same scenario that occurred when they traveled to Niger earlier this month.

2013 FIFA U17 World Cup winning coach Manu Garba is confirmed to have the accompanied the players that left Niger today.

The Africa U17 Cup of Nations will hold in Tanzania in May 2019 and officials are now waiting for green light from the Nigerian Federation for the date the Golden Eaglets will commence preparations for the tournament.

Nigeria began their campaign at the WAFU Zone B qualifiers with a 3-2 loss to Burkina Faso, beat Ivory Coast and hosts Niger in their next two games before seeing off perennial rivals Ghana in Saturday's showpiece to seal their spot in the U17 AFCON.

Tanzania, Morocco, Senegal, Guinea, Nigeria, Cameroon, Uganda and Angola have qualified for the final tournament, and the top four teams will qualify for the 2019 FIFA U17 World Cup in Peru.
