Round up of the Nigerian youngsters that were in action on game week two in the UEFA Youth League on Tuesday, October 2.

Real Madrid are the top team in Group G after thrashing CSKA Moscow 4-1 at the Stadion Oktyabr' (Moskva).

Nigerian attacking midfielder Marvin Akinlabi Park was introduced in the 73rd minute for his second appearance in the competition., he conceded a free-kick for a foul on Fedorov in the 80th minute.

Real Madrid's Alberto stole the headlines with a hat-trick, Rodrigo Rodrigues scored the Spanish team's other goal while Zhironkin was on target for the Muscovites in the first half.

At Dietmar-Hopp-Stadion (Sinsheim), Manchester City with Nathanael Ogbeta and Felix Nmecha starting suffered their second consecutive loss, losing 5-2 to Hoffenheim.

The Germans won thanks to goals from Enes Olgun Tubluk, David Otto, Landwehr (2) and Elmkies .

City's Poveda and Matondo scored in the 24th and 63rd minute respectively to bring the scoreline to 2-2 before their defense crumbled in the last 17 minutes.

Tom Dele-Bashiru was among the three players in the squad that watched proceedings from the bench for the whole duration of the game; Nmecha was replaced with 72 minutes gone on the clock.
