Free-Scoring Left Footed Striker Pens New Deal With Chelsea
Published: October 30, 2018Promising striker Charlie Brown, 19, has been rewarded with a new deal by Premier League side Chelsea.
Chelsea Youth has informed that Brown has committed his future to the Stamford Bridge outfit after inking a fresh contract.
The left-footed attacker's previous contract with The Blues would have expired in June 2019 if he had not extended his stay.
Brown joined Chelsea from Ipswich Town in 2016 and has seen regular playing time for their youth teams, scoring 41 goals from 72 appearances in all competitions.
Last season, he helped Chelsea U18s win the treble, the U18 Premier League, Premier League Cup and FA Youth Cup.
Born in Ipswich, he has not yet represented England's youth teams.
