Emiliano Sala Missing Plane: Chelsea Loanee Appeals To Authorities Not To Stop Search

In a post on social media, Chelsea loanee Kenneth Omeruo has appealed to the authorities to continue the search for the missing plane, which was taking Cardiff City new recruit Emiliano Sala to Wales.

On Thursday afternoon, Guernsey Police announced that they have stopped searching for Sala, the plane and the pilot.

''The Search Emiliano Should not be stopped.. His family and friends deserves to have an Answer,'' Omeruo stated on Instagram.

Sala became Cardiff City's record signing after completing a £15million transfer to the Premier League side from French club Nantes.

On the evening of January 21, the striker bid farewell to his former teammates in Nantes and boarded a private jet to Wales, but about an hour before the scheduled arrival the aircraft disappeared from the radar.

Sala previously turned out for Club San Martín de Progreso, Proyecto Crecer, Crato, Orléans, Niort and Caen.
