Leon Balogun: The Update From Brighton Coach That Will Certainly Worry Rohr, Eagles Fans

There are concerns over the fitness of Leon Balogun ahead of the Super Eagles first two international matches of 2019 against Seychelles and Egypt.
The three-time African champions have already qualified for the upcoming Africa Cup of Nations following their 1-1 draw vs South Africa in November and manager Gernot Rohr wants to use the two games as part of preparations.
It was all but confirmed that Balogun was set to be summoned for the games but the latest update from Brighton & Hove manager Chris Hughton will surely leave Rohr and Super Eagles fans worried.
The Seagulls number 14 will not be in the traveling party to the King Power Stadium on Tuesday, having missed training today due to a shoulder injury.
Speaking at the pre-match press conference, Hughton said : ''Leon Balogun is the only one not available. Murray, Dunk and Izquierdo are all back - we have some decisions to make today.''
Tomorrow will make it two months that Balogun last featured for Brighton & Hove in the Premier League but the central defender was in action in Cup games against Bournemouth (Jan 5) and West Brom (Feb 6).
