Stoke City Running The Rule Over Manchester City Midfielder Of Nigerian Descent
EFL Championship outfit Stoke City are mulling over a move for Nigerian midfielder Osazee Aghatise ahead of the reopening of the transfer window, allnigeriasoccer.com understands.

The teenager is undergoing trial at the Potters and featured for their U18s as they were held to a 2-2 draw by Sunderland in an U18 Premier League fixture on Saturday, March 9.

Aghatise training with Stoke City suggests that his current club Manchester City might have passed up the opportunity to offer him a scholarship deal with effect from July 1, 2019 or he wants to move onto pastures new.

He caught the eye in his first game in the U18 Premier League, scoring in the second half at Clayton Wood Training Ground.

Aghatise has yet to make his competitive debut for Manchester City U18s and was a non-playing substitute against Derby County on April 21, 2018.

Nigeria international midfielder Oghenekaro Etebo plays for Stoke City first-team.
