Chelsea Whizkid Likened To Eden Hazard Training With Nigeria U17s Ahead Of AFCON
Allnigeriasoccer.com has been informed that Golden Eaglets coach Manu Garba is running the rule over a couple of dual-eligible youngsters with a view to naming them on the roster for the upcoming Africa U17 Cup of Nations in Tanzania.

Chelsea youth team starlet Adrian Akande and Go Ahead Eagles striker Lateef Omidiji are among the teenagers training with the Nigeria U17s at their get-together in Abuja.

Akande is a midfielder; he has been described as a player who is quick on the ball and can strike the ball very well.

The Blues U16 starlet has drawn comparisons to Chelsea's standout player Eden Hazard, but just like the Belgium star, he does little defensive duties which is a minus.

He will be hoping to emulate Bournemouth U16 goalkeeper Joseph Ayomide Oluwabusola who was a squad member of the victorious Golden Eaglets at last year's WAFU-UFOA Zone B qualifiers.

Five-time world champions Nigeria will face Tanzania, Angola and Uganda in the group stage of the U17 AFCON.
