Fulham's Nigerian Coach Wants Crystal Palace Young Star To Join Man Utd Ahead Of Arsenal, Spurs
Published: April 13, 2019
Fulham U18 coach Colin Omogbehin wants his former pupil Aaron Wan-Bissaka to join Manchester United ahead of the other teams interested in his signature.
Regarded as one of the best young players in the Premier League, the England U21 star of Congolese descent is on the radar of Tottenham Hotspur, Arsenal, Manchester City, Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund.
Aaron Wan-Bissaka started out his career at South London club Junior Elite, which was founded by Omogbehin, before he was brought to Crystal Palace Academy by the Nigerian coach.
''I look at Manchester United who are on the up. They have a youngish squad and he’d fit into the way they want to play,'' Omogbehin told The Sun.
''In Ole Gunnar Solskjaer there is a good young boss who has a history of dealing with young players.
''When Ole retired from playing he worked with United’s younger squads, so will know how to bring through players of Aaron’s type.
''That would be perfect for him. He’d play every week — or certainly get a lot of games to keep developing.''

Omogbehin served as a mentor to Victor Moses during his teething years at
Crystal Palace Academy and both master and pupil remain very close to
this day.
